TuxClub is honored to have been a part of this years Star World Championship Black Tie Gala at The Sheraton Hotel and Marina, hosted by Dennis Connor and the San Diego Yacht Club.  The black tie gala was to kick off and support the Star Word Championship regatta off the coast of San Diego’s Point Loma, with over 60 boats and crew from all over the world! Pictured here with TuxClub president John Jacques,  is Robert Haines; Gold Medal Winner for sailing in the 1984 Olympics Games in Los Angeles, California.  Robert Haines is still a champion and a great supporter of the sailing community.  Thank you Robert and all the other sailing legends and wonderful people that came to support this amazing event, and thank you for choosing The Gentlemen’s Tux Club to be a part of such a magnificent evening.

Planning a last-minute tuxedo rental for a wedding can be a bit hectic, but it’s definitely doable. You’re just in luck, The Gentlemen’s Tux Club offers same day or last minute rentals. No appointment is necessary but if possible please call ahead to give us a heads up so we can prepare for a last minute wedding tuxedo fitting. Here are our suggestions for renting a last minute tuxedo or suit with us.

• Check out the tuxedos on our website so you have a good idea of what you would like for your event.
• Visit us as soon as possible to get fitted and reserve your tuxedo rental.
• If you’re coming from out of town, we can arrange for your tuxedo to be delivered to your hotel or pick up at our shop.
• Try it on and double check it fits well, and that it’s in good condition.
• Relax, look great in your tuxedo, and enjoy the wedding celebration!
