I had a business event to go which also had a gala event. This was last minute so I head over to the tux shop and seriously had the best experience! From the greeting to the exit it was non stop customer service. John the owner of the establishment was very accommodating. Vanessa was able to get me in and out with a smile on my face. Since then, I have been back several times and even recommended people who are also very satisfied! If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! Sincerely a life long customer!

Best tuxedo rental place I've ever been! Vanessa and John were EXTREMELY nice and helpful!! They both really went beyond what an expected customer service would be... The quality of the tuxedos is amazing and they have a huge variety of styles and designs... Also, if you don't know about styles and fashion, they are super knowledgeable and have an exquisite taste! I highly recommend this place!!

From beginning to end, John provided absolutely exceptional service. I’m from Toronto and my fiancé is in the service in San Diego. We didn’t have too much time and were really stressed, but John put us at ease right away. The suits are very high end, well fitted, and reasonably priced. We couldn’t have asked for a more delightful experience. HIGHLY recommended!!!

My boyfriend wanted to rent a tux here for our wedding, but he lives in Mexico, and because of Covid he couldn’t cross the border. So they lent me two suits so he can try them on in Mexico. They make everything possible! I definitely recommend this store. Now my boyfriend wants to rent his tux there for every event.
