After doing a lot of research to purchase my first tux—something I could use for both my engagement shoot and wedding—I kept coming back to The Gentleman’s Tux Club. Their stylish selection and outstanding reviews really stood out.

Later that same day, I decided to stop by and had the absolute pleasure of meeting John. From the moment we met, he took a genuine interest—not just in what kind of tux I was looking for, but also in understanding the bigger picture: our venue, the vibe of the day, and how to best complement the vintage glam theme my fiancée envisioned for our wedding at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar.

John’s experience and eye for detail led me straight to the perfect tux. What really stood out, though, was how personal and effortless he made the whole process. Within minutes, I felt like I’d known him for years. He and his team took a truly consultative approach, ensuring the tux was tailored exactly to my vision—and they delivered flawlessly.

The Gentlemens Tux Club offers extremely affordable rates and high quality clothing. Known for their supreme professionalism and expertise. This is the best place to get a suit in all of San Diego. Led by John the owner, he offers a personalized experience every-time you visit. He takes time to introduce himself and asks for your name, not necessarily to reel you in on a business sale, but more so to engage in conversation with you as a human being. This shop can get you in a tux or suit in a matter of 5 minutes and will have you walking out of the store with a new friend and a new tux! People like John are a dying breed. A true founder who cares not only about the service he provides, but also the well being of his customers. A man that truly cares about the community around him and will even take time to engage with the people passing by the store to make sure they’re doing okay. As a business owner I know I can count on John any day, any week, any time to deliver the quality service I need for anything related to suits or tuxedos. I’m grateful to have met a human being like John.

Hands down the best tuxedo rental places in San Diego. I needed a tux last minute for prom, and The Gentleman’s Tux Club came through without hesitation. They took my measurements perfectly on the first try, and the fit was spot on. On top of that, everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful. They even stayed late after work to help me get my suit ready. Truly a great experience. Great people!

I used Tux Club for at my sales meeting this month. John has incredible to work with. My team was thrilled that they had their tux delivered on time, they all fit appropriately, it was a seamless process. I would use them again tomorrow. John understands outstanding customer service and delivered beyond expectations.
